Right.
So over the spence of a few years I assisted a customer tricking out hi technics SL1200.
It got kitted with an external time step type powersupply. Servo loop mod was done, a timestep bearing upgrade fitted and eventually the arm became a funk fxr.
The 1200 is now with me as said customer a now proud owner of a Bauer Audio DPS.
This Techie does not have an arm right now but has a board to take a Rega type arm.
I am in 2 minds about fitting an arm and selling as is or maybe breaking it down.
Anyone with a 1200 or 1210 wanting to upgrade the bearing? Would be a part exchange deal as I need a std bearing to fit to the deck?
This deck is 2nd owner frown new and was always a HiFi deck. It has a beautiful lid too.
Any interest in deck or parts thereof?
