Limetree Headphone, listening impressions

Analogue by birth, digital by design. Mostly  a stereotype, though known, to enjoy some mono too.

The Limetree Network is the source.
Interconnect Cardas 23.5 M (very flexible while swapping and remarkably clean for such a worm rather than snake of a cable.)

HD800 first headphones up.  Lehmann Linear vs Limetree Headphone.
Very good little boxes they are.   Almost scared to possibly spoil the bliss with the as yet unheard Bryston.

Whow.
So it looks like rationalisation will be happening.  The Bryston available to me at a silly price (new is 2695 USD, holy smokes.)
I am struggling to justify owning it and the Limetree.   I can hear why the Lehmann has the cred it has.

There will be some amps for sale.  The Limetree is fast and dynamic with settings to suit most headphones

30-50
50-100
100-200
200+

3 selectable inputs and a pre amp output.
It giggles at the HD800 and itís reputation of being tough to drive.

Next up the planar 4xx cans.
