Back when hand-made was a standard, now it's a premium.
Recapping of vintage equipment isn't restoration. By definition, restoration means returning to it's original condition.

It's unfortunately the way of the world. It is really depressing though, these Japanese companies if still existing are shells of their former selves.

It's unfortunately the way of the world. It is really depressing though, these Japanese companies if still existing are shells of their former selves.

Reduced to making car audio and kitchen utensils to stay afloat.  :ticked:
