Yes it has to be.  You can use iPhone or iPad as router

Should work well if everyone who wants to play their music is using iDevices. If I know them, they will soon have friends with Android phones who wants to play their music as well.  :groovy:

Or they can use one of those portable routers. I'm sure you can pick one for about R500 and an Apple TV for R700.

It won't work if they have friends with android unfortunately
