I am really battling to find decent PCB mount pots locally.
Ideally, I'd like to get OMEG pots like these:

I design all my PCBs for PCB mount pots and the only ones I can find that are reasonably priced (R15-30 each) and have all the common values are the Pihers from Mantech.
But they are not great IMO. They do not last long before getting scratchy and are not physically very strong.
RS have a variety, but it is difficult to get the same values and styles for a complete project.
Any suggestions?
