Hospice Charity Shop
« on: September 18, 2015, 12:06:23 AM »
Hospice offers a programme of specialised home based palliative care to terminally ill patients and support to their families. They provide this care and support to persons in the last phases of incurable disease, making sure that their lives remain as meaningful and comfortable as possible.
Hospice charity shops form an integral part of their fundraising effort. The income generated from these shops is responsible for almost 50% of their total income of the year.

If you have any second hand clothing, books, cd's, records, wool, material or other household goods, just about anything including the kitchen sink that you no longer have a use for please consider donating it to them regardless of how bad a condition its in, someone will be able to make use of it, they even come and collect the bigger things like the washing machine I donated the other day.
These people perform an outstanding and crucial service under a very tight budget, often teetering on the brink of closure and can do with every cent. So the next time you want to chuck your unwanted goods in the bin or take it to the dump please consider the Hospice Charity Shop.

I have most likely 200+ CDs that never made it to review over the years in my cupboard at work that they are welcome to...is there a specific person there to talk to?
