I've got a place I rent out and the tenant called yesterday to say I should consider looking at the pool as the marvelous is thin in some areas, it leaks, it's rough and stained etc
The pool is probably 30 years old and never looked after (I've rented out for close on 10 years) and she's probably right. I was looking at the best way to re-surface and maybe a cost if anyone has done it?
