IT issue- can anyone help?

Hi guys
I have a free version of AVG running on my laptop but over the past week I have picked up a very annoying thing. As soon as I log onto the internet via my 3G modem and then choose a site to visit, I get a window opening from an address as shown below.
I have downloaded a free pop up blocker but it doesnt seem to allow me to send the address below into the blocked list area.
Edit- I can select the open window to move to the block section where it displays the address but the window still pops up again the next time I open up a site.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can remove this from my laptop?
I'm not very clued up IT wise ???
