There is some serious cooking talent on forum. :groovy: :notworthy:
Today over lunch I had the pleasure of sampling some of MorneDJ's Bean curry. First up was a bean soup with smoked pork and boerewors. The smokyness balanced out the slight tang of the bean soup (tomato ?) with mild spices.
Little could prepare me for the flavour explosion that was about to follow. The curry was strong, almost overpoweringly flavourful with spices offset with cilantro. Concentrated Yummy and once done the flavours lingered, teasing me to go back for more. :EGrin: The ideal man trap.
Morne, is there any way one could get a recipe to the above? :rubhands:
