The magnum was 2010 and the two standard size bottles were 2009. Super stuff!

Camberley wines (https://www.camberley.co.za/our-wines-1-1) make excellent wines. A bit pricey but in my mind brilliantly different.

I think you can only purchase online...

We opened a 1999 Landskroon Pinotage over the weekend.

A gift to my wife earlier this year for her birthday.

It was sadly way past it's best. Landed up using it as a cooking wine, which was a rather disappointing end to it.

Always sad when this happens. I friend of mine kept a Nederberg Baronne for 25 years (21st gift). When I told him it was almost a certainty the wine was frot, he caved and opened it. As expected, the cork was brittle and disintegrating...Vinegar had nothing on this wine :sd:
