Let's say that you bought your first HT amp, for the sake of argument, a Yamaha. It breaks. You take it back to your local retailer, and they send it back to Balanced Audio. BA fixes it, sends it back to local retailer, and back to you. It works for 2 weeks, and breaks again. You send it back, it gets repaired, and comes back to you. Three weeks later, same story, but this time you have an electrician check your circuitry. It all checks out. You think you have a dud, and demand a replacement. They replace it with a brand new one, and three weeks later, same story. You then get a refund, and buy an Onkyo.

Use the same example, but this time use Ford instead of Yamaha. Breaks down, gets fixed, breaks, gets fixed, and so on. What about banks and their poor service levels? Internet service providers, cellphone networks, laptops, printers, clothing and a host of other retail stores, restaurants, and many more can also be used. We've all changed a brand at some stage of our lives. You give a brand and their representatives a fair chance, and if they don't deliver, you change it. Easy as that, and everyone understands where you are coming from and nobody will ask you to stick it out a bit longer.

Why then would most people lambast me for considering to change from supporting the Lions? Have I not given them a fair chance to get their shit together? How much more losing can a reasonable man take before jumping ship?
