After an apparent radar malfunction, the skipper of the Robbeneiland ferry Susan Kruger (one Joyce Mtingeni a former domestic cleaner) - had to get rescued after she got lost and couldn't find the island :-[
The other R26million ferry has been out of action for more than a year because its hull had been damaged by rocks near Robbeneiland's harbour.
