Anyone know how to set limits on a Digidoor iii?

Hi guys
With the load shedding yesterday, I had to release the door for manual operation. Now it closes and opens straight away. I believe it's to do with the limit settings but the manual from the net doesn't make it clear on how to reset the limits. I've had a fiddle but aren't getting anywhere...
Is anyone here experienced with this and able to comment? I've only got an aftermarket remote so no wall mounted Digidoor controller.
