Can anyone recommend some online reading and info sources on sound-proofing a room to keep sound from entering the room.
Recently my sister has been appointed to privately "teach" an AUTISTIC 5 year old boy. In her preliminary studies of the child she has estimated that the boy is now at a optimal stage to learn how to talk and read (a very hard task for an autistic person). This teaching window can and will be crippled by external, non-beneficial sounds (and other stimuli). This is why she is now looking at sound-proofing the tutor room.
