Go this grammophone from a mate a few months back and started the long haul to get her sharp sharp again
I am so sorry i lost the photo's when she came in - the water damage had almost destroyed the outer box and the rest of the fittings on the grammophone - surprisingly has a Garrard mechanism underneath
I had to cut and glue new wood to get her straight and lined up - covered in vinyl closest to the original colour I could
Bang some feet on
Put back on all the fittings and cut down vinyl covering the braces and to hold the wooden chassis down
Cleaned the moving parts as best i could and attached to the base board
and she is making music again - not perfect but for age... not too shabby
- not perfect but for age... not too shabby
