I have a bit of a problem here adn need some advice please.
I'm sue many of you have been throught a stuation like this before, or maybe something similar. Out neighbour has thsi dog, that seems to, for some or other reason, only start barking at night. For no apparent reason. Even though they have 3 other dogs on the property, this fother mucker is driving me nuts.
I'm getting to the point where I can see, somewhere in the distant future, me feeding it a crushed up light bulb wrapped in a frikkadel :EGrin:. I have spoken to them about it, and even phoned the no given on the .gov's website, twice already, but nothing seems to be happening. Besides the barking, there is the ugliest smell coming from there yard. When I peeped over the wall the whole damn yard was covered in poo. And this gets much worse when it's hot.
Can anybody give mesome advise please. Before I kill this bloody animal :baseball:
