Hi folks,

I am the proud owner of a shiny new Samsung 50" plasma, the PS50B550.  It is a great TV and so far since having it for 2 weeks or so, I've been really chuffed with it.

I know that burn-in is something synonymous with plasmas, which is something with new generation plasmas that one shouldn't be too worried about.  If that network logo is still visable afterwards, it will be gone within minutes.  I've heard that "running in" your plasma for around 100 hours gets those phosphors exercised and so helps with the prevention of any long term burn-in.

Can you guys please shed some light on this subject?  If a plasma is to be "run in", what visual material should I be using to do it?
