A lot of good old stuff comes into the community when the elderly amount us retire or pass on. Since SA is so far from the international market and the rand is weak it seems a shame to sell this equipment overseas or out of the community. Would like to hear your opinion.

I have sold African muscle cars worth very little here , overseas , where they are worth 5x what I could get here.
EG a Ford capri perana (5litre) is worth R110k here , but 40 000 quid in UK ,  sadly the higher price wins.

Hard to generalize about values here vs Europe or USA.  Used cars here are generally more expensive, but then again in Scandinavia they cost a lot more, mostly due to taxes etc.  Other items like vintage hifi may be cheaper, smaller market and shipping costs keep items local.  But hey, what has this all go to do with the Kassler Rib?

Kent, c'mon, get those fingers tikking!
