I thought divergent was a fine 6/10 popcorn muncher. Not going to win any prizes but good for tuning out the stresses of the week.

Kelly's Heroes. A bloke named Sutherland was in it, I believe though I didn't see much of it.

Well I watched a few movies this weekend,

X-Men: Days of future past 7/10

It was enjoyable, I grew up watching this storyline on the animated show. The sentinals looked really good much better than the animated series.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 6.5/10

It was a decent flick but I thought the first one was better.

Edge of Tomorrow 9/10

This was very good. Awesome Sci-Fi action film. Emily Blunt is nice to look at too.

Not a film but, Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion.
Recapping of vintage equipment isn't restoration. By definition, restoration means returning to it's original condition. New caps isn't vintage.

Lucy.

I liked it, but that doesn't say much.

Ja, I see most people feel indifferent towards this. I still want to see it though.

The Giver 5/10 = Divergent = The Hunger Games

Seems the teen paranormal romance flavour of the month has morphed into repressed teen antihero saves the day.

Lucy 6/10, she got the right curves, the science is bonkers but visuals OK.

I bought that DVD just to try rip "Burning Bridges" many moons ago. Was never happy with the audio quality and eventually found the CD by the Mike Curb Congregation. Still enjoy the movie though. Sutherland and Telly Savalas, Clint Eastwood.

The Angels' Share - 7.5/10

A bit difficult to understand the heavy Scottish accents (subtitles were required after about 10 mins  ;D A movie about how a second chance can change lives. Sounds corny but quite good. Plus it centres around whisky

Godzilla - 1/10 (The 1 is only due to the CGI, the only redeeming factor for this movie. The people who made this rubbish should be punished by Chinese water torture)

Honeymoon - 7/10 (Very good Indy horror film - my favourite genre. The actors did a great job with the simple script and storyline. Recommended)
