Active Sub Advise

Hi Guys

So i want to attempt a DIY build for home use, one or 2 subs

Would these subs be okay as i see they start down low at 18hz

I also have these Sony car amps which are nice and tiny and do about 140RMS mono

Will power them with server power supplies which i have already as well

Anyone good at Winisd who can generate a box design for me 

Would this be a good combo or is the amp way underpowered for the sub

Room size is about 4m x 5m +-
