Denon launches new entry-level 1080p upscaling DVD deck
If you find the idea of buying into one of the two warring high definition disc formats - or you can't afford it - Denon might have just the solution in the form of its new DVD-1930: a DVD deck offering 1080p upscaling which costs just ?250.

Key features of this deck include an HDMI upscaling output; 216MHz/11-bit high-end Video DACs; the latest Faroudja DCDi FLI-2301 PAL progressive scan system; discrete video circuitry; universal playback of CD, SACD, and DVD-Audio discs; anti-vibration construction with a braced chassis and top cover; separate circuit boards for analogue and digital.

The DVD-1930 is available now, in black or silver with an aluminium front panel.
