@ Skollie,  grammar. The keys to my Laguna "are" not in the plate.    "keys" plural  means that "they" are not in the plate. "key" singular would be "the key to my Laguna is not in the plate.

And you don't begin a sentence with 'and'.

And you don't begin a sentence with 'and'.

A frequently asked question about conjunctions is whether and or but can be used at the beginning of a sentence. This is what R.W. Burchfield has to say about this use of and:

There is a persistent belief that it is improper to begin a sentence with And, but this prohibition has been cheerfully ignored by standard authors from Anglo-Saxon times onwards. An initial And is a useful aid to writers as the narrative continues.
from The New Fowler's Modern English Usage
edited by R.W. Burchfield. Clarendon Press: Oxford, England. 1996.
Used with the permission of Oxford University Press.
The same is true with the conjunction but. A sentence beginning with and or but will tend to draw attention to itself and its transitional function. Writers should examine such sentences with two questions in mind: (1) would the sentence and paragraph function just as well without the initial conjunction? (2) should the sentence in question be connected to the previous sentence? If the initial conjunction still seems appropriate, use it.

You ous are all  :nutter: - not that that is necessarily a bad thing.

One puts things on the plate, not into the plate.  In anticipation of your enquiry, I offer the F5 that "suffered at the hands of Fiddlestix™"

Where are the days when men stood for principles, had a strong sense of honor and were prepared to fight for what they believed to be the right thing to do !!

In the good old days- you could let out the raw emotion, taste a bit of blood and then experience the emotional relief when it all over. Even if you were the loser it sometimes still felt good !!

Why not just lighten up and allow more conflicting views? If a statement upset's a person, that person needs to stand up and defend his view.  Much better than being grumpy in the background.

So let's have some robust ball playing -even if it means we need to swim upstream.  The only rule is not to play the person.

You WISH you had one to put onto (OR into) ... anything.
You're not worthy of the finesse, subtleness and infinite resolution of an amp as fine as F5, and your coffin-size (and resolution) PA speakers would not benefit from anything better than Dixons that are already built-into them. :puke:
