It certainly does, I'm running Gotham 13.1 with MySQL and advancedsettings.xml

What I'm really waiting for is the day we can simply load OpenElec or something similar and get rid of the Amazon FireTV software altogether

Here's another very useful link

Just found the perfect extra settings for advancedsettings.xml. I was getting jumping and caching with large video files when there was a lot of action on the screen. It happens no more.

Video caching

<advancedsettings>
<network>
<buffermode>1</buffermode>
<cachemembuffersize>104857600</cachemembuffersize>
<readbufferfactor>4.0</readbufferfactor>
</network>
</advancedsettings>

^^^ thanks!
Resistance is not futile; it is voltage divided by current (R=V/I)

More stuff for routing, falling back to older software versions, clockwork mod, custom firmwares etc

http://forum.xda-developers.com/fire-tv/development/prerooted-stock-images-t2882337

Please note you must block the following IP's on your router so the FireTV cannot auto-update. I'm in a position where my FireTV has updated and I cannot run TowelRoot or SuperUser until the kind folk at XDA find a way

72.21.214.150
72.21.211.192
197.84.130.16
197.84.130.17
197.80.131.145
197.80.131.137

The last 4 I believe are hosted with MWeb
