I am cutting a small triangular cover from an old broken turntable lid.
The 2 straight sides have been done scouring with a straight edge, tile cutter and snapping - worked really well.
The third side is concave (to fit around the outside of a turntable platter).
Any idea what the best approach would be to achieve this? I have marked the cutting line using my cardboard template, but do not quite know how to proceed.

For interest's sake, the cover needs to push down onto 3 brass pins inside the cavity the cover is meant to cover. My current plan is to drill 3 holes in the perspex cover, fit 3 x 6mm brass bolts through the holes, fit brass nuts on the underside, push a short piece of clear plastic tubing onto the bottom end of the bolt (it is a perfect tight fit - it almost screws on) and then push the 3 pieces of plastic tubing over the three brass pins inside the cavity (it is a fairly, but not extremely, tight fit. It seems this will work quite well - any better ideas?
