The most important thing in any AV system is the wall plug. If there is no stream of electrons flowing out of it, there is no music. At the present moment the fine people at Eskom does not have enough electrons to go round. To ensure that everybody in the rainbow nation can listen to music for part of the day, the have made a mad plan.

Unfortunately, it is as clear as mud when it comes to specifics. For that you have to go to the website of your municipality. I have just checked on the City of Tshwane and there is no such thing. That is a relief. Or not. :facepalm:
