There's many options available to convert your Flac to mp3 when you need to play music on mobile devices or players incompatible with Flac. Always a bit of a mission though, cumbersome is the word, select albums tick boxes, selct this that etc - PITA!!
Found FlacSquisher - perfect!!!
You show it the source folder with folders of flac , choose the output file type, mp3 or Ogg, file quality, destination folder, then it replicates the complete file structure incl album art in the destination folder. Supports multicore rendering and ITS FREE!
