Audiolab MDAC Vs Emotiva Stealth DC-1

Hi All,

I am considering one of these for my stereo setup. I wont be using it for its  headphone option at all. For that matter I wont even use the pre-amp stages.

From what I am reading, I get the sense that the Emotiva is a "smoother" (I use this term loosely, so go easy on me.) sounding DAC.

Are there any local agents for Emotiva or direct import only?
