Maybe someone would be interested in my completed version of the Poor Mans Strad [see http://www.troelsgravesen.dk/Diy_Loudspeaker_Projects.htm].
Warning for prospective builders: the speakers are not for a poor man, they're not small and not for inexperienced woodworkers. The troelsgravesen site makes it look all too easy and the name infers low cost.
The drivers and cross overs were supplied by Alex at Audiosa. Fantastic service and great help.
The internal bracing was CNC cut at Laser Kitchens.
How do they sound? Well I think they're great.
If there is any interest I could post some more pictures of parts of the construction.
