Nice site for free service manuals.
« on: January 15, 2014, 08:19:11 AM »
If you don't already know about it, this site has an extensive database of service manuals.

Lots of hard to find documents, not only audio, but everything else.

Found the CDM1 service manual at last!

Looking for a Akai AA-910 Service Manual, but with no luck. Manuals on the AA-910DB and the AA-920 have different output stages.

Recapping of vintage equipment isn't restoration. By definition, restoration means returning to it's original condition. New caps isn't vintage.

elektrotanya.com

It's mostly Hungarian but the search function works.

It limits your downloads to 2 a day, and you have to switch off your add blocker, but I believe this one is the ultimate and most monsterous repository of everything you ever wanted to know...
