Sony Bravia KLV-40V400A Calibration

Hi, Does anyone have any tips for calibrating the KLV-40V400A LCD TV? I've just bought one and an HD PVR and I get blurring during darker pictures on normal SD channels. Also there seems to be some ghosting on rapid moving images on both SD and HD. Maybe I'm just being picky, but I'm also wondering if I have calibrated all the TV's settings correctly. So anyone who has the same setup it would be useful to know what your settings are.
