This was the club's 25th Vinyl Faire and since our usual venue is occupied today with cricket fixtures, we held todays in the Scout Hall in Plumstead

This got under way bang on 8.00am and the place was busy until 13.00

A new visitor today was Kevin Cook who runs "Hydro-Gro" which he describes as the easiest and healthiest way to grow.   You can see his creations be sending an email to hydroequalsgro@gmail.com or call 0826606662

I'll call in at the Oasis Charity shop some time.  I recall seeing one there this time last year, but wasn't tempted.   At high school I was asked to step in at Stuttafords in Cape Town one day when their gent got ill.  I stood it for about 5 hours but was getting so hot dressed in a furry outfit in summer I abandoned the post.   I think I got R20 for the day plus free lunch.  You could also get staff discount on LP records which in those days were R3.99

When I got home my mother said that some kid must have sat on my lap with a wet bum since the uniform did not smell that good
