Won't play any of the pieces longer than 3 mins, otherwise it might become tedious.  So maybe 15 mins per speaker, allow some fiddling time and you will be in bed by 11.00

Cantate Domino, issued in 1976 is said to be one of the best analogue recordings ever made and was reissued on a SACD in 2004.

Would agree; I have both.
Audio must be the only branch of engineering where lack of basics' knowledge is considered a superior form of wisdom. (Anon)

Thee are 3 digital versions that I know of:

Original 16 bit CD
Remastered 16 bit CD
SACD Version

I prefer the remastered 16 bit disk version whereas SACD is unable to mask the shortcomings of the tape recording....

A real audiophile will eventually end up with the ARC Ref stuff..

Chances are that if the shortcomings of the tape recording are being masked then so are other aspects (like music) of the recording...
