A massive thank you to Jacques and his sidekick Andre for a very entertaining and interesting talk and for the massive effort in bringing all the sensitive equipment to the meeting.

The fact that this was one the longest club meetings we've had,  is a testament to the interest in turntables.

Much appreciated ! :dop: :dop:

The past, the present and the future walk into a bar. It was tense.  :nutter:

Pretty awesome sounding Audio Note Kit 1 clone 8W SET amp! Would have loved to hear it with the Thorens TD-2001.

Here are some of Jacques' pedigreed items, from just brought in to the lovingly restored and finished.  A really excellent meeting with lots of information shared.  Thank you Jacques and Andre

Editor and Sound Sommelier Extraordinaire Anthony "Dome" Man(clearly a Linn user) was seen proof reading the latest edition of an audiophile favourite  "Popular Hispanics".....Chris "HD" Reddy can be seen watching internet porn on his 3d cellphone and Leslie seated next to Jozua was feeling a bit groggy after his coffee but came around and made it home :giggle:
