Anyone want to comment on the magnetic platter with MC cartridge issue?
I've done some experements using a mc cartridge and a micro scale with a magnetic top. If I bring the cartridge withing 2-3cm of the scale it starts reading negative numbers.
Anyone running a MC cartridge on a 124?
Are some cartridges less affected?
I want to run a DL 103 on a 3012 on my deck. I know it has ben done but the magnet issue really seems to be serious.
If there is no solution besides a new platter( too much money), what are the best MM cartridge options.
