Ok, so I've managed to sell my sony blu ray 380 and integra 30.3 (still not sure why)
Replacing the blu ray would be a sony bds490.
Now I need to decide on a receiver and my budget is 10k
I have energy Rc 30 fronts with a C100 centre and CR surrounds.
My lounge is about 4.5m x 9m.
This receiver will only play movies, as I have a separate stereo system.
I'm not into technical gadgets that way, I just need a receiver that has good power, good surround sound. I don't do internet, spotify, bluetooth, airplay and all those fancy things.
I know nowadays most of them are standard with those features, but u get my point.
So far I have seen:
Marantz SR7005 for 10k (silver)
Integra 50.3 for 10k
Sony 1040 8.5k (group test winner in recent WHFI)
Denon avr x2000 for 10.5k
Nad 757 for 10k
Yamaha 675 for 10k
Please advise on my list or if you know of a better deal elsewhere.
I'm looking to make my purchase this weekend.
