Need help - video cover conversion to DVD cover
« on: September 06, 2013, 08:58:40 AM »
As it says on the top. I've copied my important videos over to DVD and I now what to make the inserts/covers too. Of course they will be a different size.

Does anyone know of free software that can do this easily?

MODS: If this is the wrong place to ask this please just remove.

You could try and find, download and print the actual DVD versions of the covers?

It's probably better to find from an internet image search (make sure it's a decent resolution), otherwise you're going to have squashed or stretched covers.

Yup, and you'll avoid all the pop-ups and ads in that cdcovers website too. Most of them should actually be sized correctly and if you don't change the dpi or anything, should print exactly the right size. It might get tricky depending on the software though.

Good advise. Problem is the company that made the videos are defunct - never made it to CD/DVD era. Damn pity...

pop-ups and ads

Pffft. Adblock ftw. Can't remember when last I saw a pop up or any of that crap on any website.
