Anyone had dealings with Turntable Basics in USA?

I ordered a belt for my old man's Lenco L85 in the middle of January and I still havent received it. I received the invoice and receipt, but that has been the end of it. I have e-mailed, but I don't get any response. Anyone know anything about them?
