I just bought a squeezebox and need some general advice please if anyone could help.
Wireless is up and running, works great for lower quality music and internet radio. The lossless files however keeps buffering, interrupting the music. Obviously cannot live with this, so trying to figure out what is the best connection between USB and ethernet? Having issues connecting with ethernet - could this be firewall or antivirus on my PC? When I plug ethernet cable into the PC it locks the PC out of the home network, disabling the PC wi-fi connection. Should I configure the network card or something?
So far I think it is a very nifty little box, although sound quality is not yet what I get from my cd's so would need to get the lossless music flowing. Thanks! :dop:
