I think sometimes I'm the only person left in the world without a HD television. It feels like my Loewe CRT is somehow gone back to being a black and white tele.
Saw the DSTV advert for the Sony 40" Bravia, and I am happy with it's quality (considering my untrained eye). It costs R15k, with a R2k discount in vouchers to be spent at Makro (probably on my HD decoder - any idea what these cost?). My question is - is there a reason that I should not buy this LCD? Is it value for money? Can my R13k be better spent on a better LCD/Plasma?
