24bit vs 16bit

I happen to have a 20-bit CD with me right now, called La Vienta - Jazzmenco. I encoded the first track into a lossless .wav format with the latest dBpoweramp, one 16 bits and another one in 24 bits. Two times in five attempts I thought I heard a difference.  Dop
