Back in the day?1978, I purchased some Hi Fi from Laskeys Tottenham Court Road and shipped it back to Cape Town. Price tag around R12k as I can recall?I thought I was the ?bees knees?.

Audionics of Oregon CC1 power amps and BT1 Preamp.
Strathclyde STD 305D Turntable
Mission 774 tone arm + Ortofon VMS 20
Tandberg TCD310 cassette deck ? replaced with a Yamaha CDX 750
All I have left is the power and pre amps the Strathclyde and the tone arm.
Does anyone have any experience of any of this equipment?
I want to get back into listening to my 300+ vinyl collection and need some help with speakers and cartridge to suit.
