I wanted to share this (not the whiskey), but for those who want to buy this, Norman Good Fellow's in JHB is selling a bottle for ..... R154,999.00

It's not a mis print.

I'd rather have the B&W 802Di's and they'll last longer than the bottle of whiskey! Oh wait, the whisky's been around already for 50 years! :ROFLMAO:

And that's if we can really prove that it has indeed been around for 50 years  :whistler:

I  prefer to sip my 50 year old in private, I only share the Johnny Black as not look to flash. I also only use my speaker cables for one song as not to suffer degradation from wear. I have maidens on hand to swap the cables.... obviously.

The alarming aspect to me is not the price, but that there is actually a market for it, and some people can actually afford to buy it.

That happened to me before. It was Glenfiddich but not 50yr. Took a bottle with to a friend's place. He lived on the 1st floor and I was holding the container upside down unaware. At the top of the stairs the bottle slid out and it started rolling down and I chased after it. It broke before I could reach it. The rest of the day was miserable  :cr@p:
