My Harmon Kardon CDP has a headphone out with volume control.
Is it safe to assume it has a headphone built in, or does it just asume you will be plugging in a makro special?
What about impedence matching? The manual says nothing about the headphone output. So how will i know if it will work with high impudence earphones?
On some music, (bob marley, Rodrigo Y gabriela etc) where the music gets a little more dynamic, and intense, it starts to distort. (at which point i switch of in fear of damaging them)
Music like Garau-Millet's Guitar duo is 100%, but then again, it is also rather relaxed and 100% transparent.
