FTGH - Yamaha K-2000 Cassette Deck
« on: October 28, 2012, 11:05:59 AM »
Not working. Beast of a Tape Player in terms of pure heft... Has all the tape player bells and whistles. Not sure of its audio cred...

Cape Town pick-up only  :)

I might be interested Alty. (Have some cassette's still)

Any idea what it will take to get it going again?

ps: What's going on up top there...  balanced to single-ended switchbox/multiplexer?

It does turn but no sound... This thing is a beast! Must weight 7kg's...

That be the Threshold SL10 that is in the DIY queue (that is long) awaiting a strip, repaint and recap...
