The best I can describe my phillips over ear phones from now on is they sound way off.
Some reviews said the sennies sound bright? Yeah if you compare them to phones artificially bass boosted. But they truly play what you give them to play.
I played some flacs of yello that I ripped myself, and they sound spotless! ONe thing that can be said about yello, they took the effort and time to do recordings right, and flawless! This is clear with the hd580.
Thanks Kamikaze for setting a new bar for me... from now on a R300 set of earphones is not going to do it for me any more...
