So the plan is to build a sonosub (possibly another one if I like the 1st one) from the following:

Tube : 506mm ID X 13mm thickness X 2000mm height
2 of these drivers

I'm guessing wired push/pull with the 1 driver wired OUT of phase and connected like this.. right?

If the amp can output 700W into an 2 ohm load, is that what each driver will see?

I've been playing around with winisd and sonotube software. And this is what I've done:

1. 380l tube volume (worked out with sonosub software) tuned to 15hz
2. 1 x 102mm vent
3. Parametric EQ filter applied at 15hz (Q=1.5 & Gain=6)
4. Highpass Linkwitz-Riley filter at 12hz (n=4)
5. 150W signal loaded in winisd

Green is what I was thinking of doing and the blue one is me essentially just messing around and doubling up the volume (sticking 2 tubes together :) ). Seems you will get much better results with double volume but then port noise and xmax is not realistic. So is my green line a happy trade off? The application will be for hometheater so would ideally like lots of deep/low base.
