In Capetown I have had quite a bit wound by Eloff transformers Milnerton. They do not do torroidal but their other stuff is good.

The just rebuilt my NAD transformer for a really good price using the original core.

Swift Heat 625va 45v ct cost me R1200, took them 2 weeks.
