Social responsibilty board explained

Recent events and the outpouring of generosity has prompted the Admins/Mods to have a dedicated Social responsibility board.

The process to have a topic posted is simple:

1. Only Moderators or Administrators may START a new topic here, members are obviously allowed to reply. Please don't be foolish and try to start a topic here, it will be deleted without prejudice.

2. If a member wants a topic/plea to be posted here, they need to PM an Administrator who will then present the request and the motivation to the Admin/Mod team who will collectively decide if it gets posted.
