There was a large turnout and they played some of Abe's favourite songs at the end one of which was http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1O3exT8vCvs for the little one.

That song is so appropriate for the occasion. I am sure there were many people requiring tissues after this. Although I could not be present, this has really touched my heart and it is wonderful hearing about the love between a father and his little girl.

my thoughts are with you Abe and your family, hope you have found the perfect sound in heaven, the celestial sound of angels singing, for which we long so much for. Lord we pray for Abe, his spirit and soul to find peace with you. we also ask that you comfort his family and be with them during this difficult period, we ask this in faith and in the name of our Lord Goodness Gracious.Amen!!

Very sad news to come back to. My condolences to all who were close to Abe.

I never met him in person, but always had his particular sense of humour in mind with every post made here. I'll miss the man.

It has been just over a year. I still think of Abe every time I visit the following board and open the following thread...

Trust Abe's family is alright...

Now and then I find myself reading some of the older posts and remember what a huge role he played here. :-(
