While I know the HP socket available on a lot of amplifiers (intg. stereo) are merely attenuated output signals and therefore not the best option to listen to Cans with.
However, certain CDP's have headphone sockets on them and I was wondering what the quality of the HP amplifier circuitry on these models is like ? I'm thinking Denon DCD 500AE and similar products
